Ok...I busted my Inkscape bug \o/
It's starting by : you open an SVG file by right-click the file under Gnome Nautilus and asing for "open with Inkscape"

Then, If other Inkscape windows are open...you can't save your work, CTRL keys are not working, you overide work from other Inkscape windows...

I need to realt reproduce several time before submitting the bug.
