We all need a free alternative to YouTube!

@Framasoft I'd love a free alternative but it's just not gonna work for me with a 30 FPS limit. I can't upload any of my content since 30 FPS makes it look terrible. Many people have monitors with refresh rates of 144 Hz and above, there's no good reason for there to be a legacy 30 FPS limit.
I took a look at the commit history and apparently the limit was set in place as a workaround for some issue, so I'm not even quite sure where I could request it being removed (and if my request would be heard).
@YaLTeR @Framasoft We begin with 30FPS and 1080p max and then we'll try (and debug) 60FPS and 4K. If you want > 30FPS, please create an issue and test it on a local instance for example :)
