Whether you want to live from your android smartphone or add chat to streams on your instance, the community is here for you!

Here is a focus on two external developments that we have guided and supported.

@Schoumi @davidrevoy @codelutin weel, you have taken over supporting @John_Livingston 's work... Such a contribution is worth mentionning ;)

@peertube Oh no! More things to contribute too! 😱😰

Joke aside, good job to everybody involved there. I'm excited to try out the live chat.

@John_Livingston Does it support plugin-induced customization ? I'd love to add some features to it with my (currently WIP) videogame-data-hub plugin when both are installed on the server.

@Poslovitch Can you please open an issue to propose the new feature here:
And please describe what you have in mind.

@peertube thanks for this blog post :)
The link to the installation doc is not the good one. Please use this link:
Indeed, there are multiple way to use the plugin. This is an old doc, for using an existing Prosody installation. But there is now a better way to do this, with a deep peertube integration.

For the record, I am currently rewriting the documentation. There will be a clearest documentation, and a french translation. This will be ready today or next week max

@peertube @thomaslewis @luke peertube now has a native live chat for streams (based on XMPP). Livestreaming from your phone now also works.

@peertube So you're going with the converse.js as your official live chat option...

This is very unfortunate. Converse.js is very shit.
