The server is a faceless background extension; all configuration happens in the client by logging into the magic "Network Manager" account with a magic default password (which I changed, obviously.) Every tool I researched is 404 or pretty iffy-looking if found at all. </p><p>I want to eventually convert these .yaff files to woff/woff2 through any series of steps. But I've now got it plumbed directly in to the server (using the handy USB-over-cat5 thingamahoos) and it seems much happier. Poked around with papd a bit and it's set up with a nice little spool now that will collect AppleTalk print jobs when it's off and then release them when it's back on. Hopefully. Ideally.
