Guy IomAprès une petite « pause » le mercredi (on a qd même marché 25 km en visitant Turin), je remonte en selle le jeudi avec au programme le col de <a href="https://framapiaf.org/tags/Vars" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#Vars</a> (2108m de mémoire) et le versant Sud de l’<a href="https://framapiaf.org/tags/Izoard" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#Izoard</a> (par Arvieux et la casse déserte). Bref, une grosse avec plus de 120 km et 3000m de D+ au menu.
