jiriHit the gym. Did the usual workout but I fear I did bruise a rip because I was not paying attention 100% when I was pushing those irons at the leg press. Nonetheless I brought a picture of a lateral pulley. I use this cable machine to strengthen back and triceps by pulling only with the forearms. Elbows stay attached to the side of my body for this one and the shoulders do not move at all.
