Il est inadmissible que des centaines de producteurs se retrouvent sur le carreau du jour au lendemain ! Cela poursuit la politique de concentration laitière des industriels dans le Grand Ouest, avec la complicité de l'Etat.<br><br>Ce scandale fait ressurgir l'urgence à remettre en place une régulation publique des marchés. Pour garantir des prix rémunérateurs et une répartition des volumes dans les bassins laitiers, la Confédération paysanne porte une régulation publique et collective des volumes. Surtout pas une régulation imposée par le bon vouloir des industriels.<br><br>La défense collective des éleveurs et éleveuses passe par la reprise en main de nos volumes et la valorisation de nos propres produits. Cette reprise en main ne pourra se faire que par un arbitrage public des relations commerciales et par une transparence de tous les marchés, y compris à l'export. Et cela nécessite aussi une coopération réellement au service des éleveur·euses et du territoire, et des organisations de producteurs transversales par bassin et non verticale par laiteries. Nous n'avons jamais cessé d'alerter sur la dépendance économique structurelle des producteurs face aux laiteries. Notre objectif est le maintien de la collecte laitière partout en France.<br><br>Encore une fois, l'annonce de Lactalis de réduire sa collecte de lait en France se fait dans une totale opacité. Quid des marges et des valorisations que Lactalis réalise sur les différents segments du marché laitier ? Quid de la poursuite des importations de Lactalis en France ? Il est certain pour nous que Lactalis agit pour préserver ses profits.<br><br>En tout cas, cette diminution de la collecte sert pour Lactalis à éliminer des producteurs et à faire pression sur celles et ceux qui restent. La peur d'une cessation de collecte empêche les revendications légitimes pour améliorer le revenu des éleveur·euses laitiers.<br><br>Sans surprise, Lactalis ne fait que poursuivre sa stratégie commerciale de mise en concurrence des éleveur·euses laitiers du monde entier. Leur « régulation » ne vise pas à garder des marchés rémunérateurs dans l'intérêt des producteur·trices. Cette manœuvre de Lactalis est un énième tour de passe-passe pour écrémer davantage les éleveur·euses laitiers français·es tout en produisant dans d'autres pays aux conditions fiscales et sociales avantageuses.<br><br>La Confédération paysanne sera très vigilante sur les suites de cette annonce. Aucun éleveur, aucune éleveuse ne doit rester sur le carreau.
