On y fera un retour sur l’année écoulée, mais aussi et surtout sur celle en cours selon vos besoins et propositions ! Aspect souvent négligé par les gestionnaires de voirie, il ne suffit pas de faire une piste pour rendre une section cyclable, encore faut-il pouvoir y entrer et en sortir !</p><p><strong>Info’ Vélo</strong></p><p><strong><a href="https://www.grandbesancon.fr/actualite/plan-de-mobilite-du-grand-besancon-donnez-votre-avis/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Plan de mobilité</a></strong></p><p>L’enquête du Grand Besançon sur son plan de mobilité est clôturée, et a comptabilisée plus d’une centaine de contributions, la notre étant la no 82.</p><p><strong><a href="https://www.grandbesancon.fr/actualite/plan-pieton-du-grand-besancon-une-consultation-citoyenne-en-ligne/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Plan piéton</a></strong></p><p>Une enquête se ferme, une autre est encore en cours. Besançon s’intéresse à la marche avec une carte collaborative ouverte jusqu’au 30 mars. Piétons, cyclistes, mêmes combats. Entre itinéraires sinueux, cul-de-sac, et incivilités… pour peu que vous n’ayez pas les fesses rivées à votre selle votre avis compte !</p><p><strong><a href="https://www.fub.fr/sites/fub/files/fub_note_position_violencesmotorisees_250210.pdf" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Combattre la violence motorisée</a></strong></p><p>Plusieurs mois après le meurtre de Paul Varry. La Fédération des Usagers de la Bicyclette a recueilli plusieurs milliers de témoignages de cyclistes du quotidien ayant subi une incivilité systémique et banalisé. Plus que jamais, nous considérons que « Les incivilités et infractions au code de la route doivent pouvoir être sanctionnées au regard notamment de la distinction entre ce qui est une atteinte à sa propre sécurité et ce qui est une atteinte à la sécurité pour les autres », et portons cette note de 10 propositions.</p><p><strong><a href="https://www.chaprais.info/2025/03/le-mystere-de-la-multiplication-des-trous-seclaircit/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Jalonnement cyclable</a></strong></p><p>Vous les avez peut-être vus, des poteaux sont installés ici et là sur l’espace public. Après quelques doutes c’est désormais confirmé. Ces derniers ont pour objectif d’accueillir du jalonnement cyclable, en mettant en avant les fameux itinéraires votés dans le Schéma Cyclable 2023 !</p><p><strong><a href="https://wiki.lafabriquedesmobilites.fr/wiki/Nouvelles_aires" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">CartoMinute</a></strong></p><p>Le collectif Nouvelles Aires travaille sur le projet CartoMinute, un outil standardisé permettant de créer facilement des cartes de temps de trajets sur un territoire donné en se basant sur les données GeoVelo et, ultimement, OpenStreetMap. Nous leur avons demandé, et il nous a produit un prototype bisontin en <a href="https://asso.velobesancon.info/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/2025_nouvellesaires_velo.html" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">vélo</a> et en <a href="https://asso.velobesancon.info/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/2025_nouvellesAires_vae.html" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">VAE</a>.
