Es fällt mir nicht jeden Tag leicht, mich für mein #Training zu motivieren. Gestern hatte ich es ausfallen lassen, weil ich mich körperlich nicht in der Lage fühlte harte Intervalle zu fahren. Heute stehen eigentlich 1,5 Stunden in Herzbereichzone 2-3 an. Ich werde daraus knappe 3 Stunden machen. Für die #Langstrecke ist es ohnehin der wichtigste Bereich, weil ich erfahrungsgemäß so am meisten Kilometer über mehrere Tage schaffen kann. In den nächsten 3 Stunden wird auch die Nahrungsaufnahme unter Last trainiert. Trotzdem sind intensive Trainingseinheiten wichtig, um die Leistungsfähigkeit des Körpers zu steigern. Meine Lieblingstraining mit hoher körperlicher Beanspruchung steht morgen in Form eines Pyramidentrainings an.

Es ist schon krass, dass Unternehmen wie Meta, ChatGPT, Google und Co. KI einfach mit urheberrechtlich geschütztem Material trainieren, während Urheberrechtsverletzungen im privaten Umfeld gnadenlos verfolgt werden. Es scheint eine klare Doppelmoral zu geben, wenn es um den Umgang mit geistigem Eigentum geht.
