ChardonDeBoisJe profite de la migration de mon compte pour refaire une présentation, la mienne datait un peu ! Bonjour à toustes, Je suis Aster (ou Chardon, aussi connu'e comme Cosmo ou Priam). Je suis ébéniste dans les Vosges. Je travaille beaucoup à la main, j'essaye d'utiliser du bois de récupération des chutes ou alors du bois local. Ce qui m'intéresse particulièrement c'est de fabriquer des objets qui vont être utiles, qui vont servir à la vie quotidienne (même si je fais aussi des décorations parce que le bois c'est beau). J'aimerai particulièrement faire des objets et des meubles sur mesure, notamment pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques des personnes handies. Ou aux personnes valides qui veulent des objets ou des meubles sur mesure. Parce que des objets pensés pour les besoins spécifiques de chaque personne peuvent beaucoup améliorer le quotidien. Réduire la fatigue, les douleurs, permettre plus d'autonomie.. Je suis moi même handi/fol/crip/malade chronique et c'est pour ça que cette thématique me tiens à coeur. Je suis entrain de monter mon atelier, je rentre bientôt en couveuse d'entreprise ce qui va me permettre d'acheter mes machines et de commencer à fabriquer et vendre ! L'atelier de CosmoJ'arrive pas trop à faire ce que je suis sensé alors cette aprem je suis la dopamine et je me lance dans un nouveau crochet. La guimbarde est vraiment entrain de devenir mon outil préféré ! L'atelier de CosmoDernièrement j'ai aussi fait ce très joli paddle. La planche centrale est tellement magnifique, il fallait que j'en fasse un paddle. J'ai du cacher la poignée pour l'épaissir pour que ça tienne mieux en main, et le résultat est tout de même très chouette. L'atelier de CosmoDes semaines que j'attendais de partager ce que j'ai fabriqué pour un cadeau (et surtout de l'offrir). Et donc voilà un petit set d'objets de couture en bois ! Je me suis beaucoup amusé, tellement que j'ai déjà refait pleins de boutons et que j'ai prévu de refaire des crochets et des plioirs en bois (je ne sais pas si comment ça s'appelle, mais ça sert retourner les coutures quand on a cousu envers contre envers). L'atelier de CosmoIci on travaille fort pour dépasser le freeze du cptsd, la dysfex et les douleurs et on essaye de finir des projets en cours. Veilleuse jouant avec la transparence de placage 6/10ème de milimètre d'épaisseur. Je suis vraiment content de l'avoir terminée, elle trainait depuis longtemps et le veinage du bois (de l'olivier et du frêne olivier) mis en valeur par la lumière rends vraiment vraiment bien. Et ça sent vraiment bon ! L'atelier de CosmoJour 12 du <a class="hashtag" href="https://craftopi.art/tag/artadventcalendar" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#ArtAdventCalendar</a> : mon dernier projet de BMA, un bureau ! En réalité il n'est pas totalement terminé, il est encore en différent morceau dans ma cave. J'ai eu beaucoup de liberté pour le design, à part pour les pieds qui même si je les aime bien n'aurait peut-être pas été mon premier choix. J'ai adoré travailler le plateau. C'est une loupe desséchée trouvée dans la réserve du lycée. Elle trainait là depuis des années, personne n'avait aucune idée de l'essence. J'ai passé beaucoup de temps à la ramener à la vie et à combler chaque trou de la loupe avec du placage de pommier vert. J'ai voulu garder la forme d'origine dans le coin en haut à droite, et c'était un très bon choix esthétiquement mais c'était LONG. Tout à la main au scalpel ! Cet automne j'essaye d'apprendre à utiliser des outils à main (parce que c'est cool et parce que je n'ai pas trop le choix, n'ayant pas d'atelier pour le moment), et faire une boite avec des outils à main de A à Z a été super formateur. Beaucoup de temps passé à apprendre à utiliser correctement mon rabot et parfaire mes angles à 45° ! Mes Beaux CopeauxJ'ai enfin reçu les panneaux qu'il me manquait pour terminer ce premier meuble. J'ai donc pu ajuster les fonds de tiroirs, les poncer et les huiler. J'avais peur de les installer, j'avais peur de ne pas percer assez parfaitement et me retrouver avec des poignées pas droites... Sur les conseils de membres de l'Air du Bois, j'ai fait un petit gabarit en contreplaqué de bouleau. Nicolas BeauComment on s'en sort ? A l'ancienne ! 😋💪J'ai dégauchi une face de la planche à la main, avec un bon vieux rabot ! Beaucoup de temps et de sueur au programme mais une fois qu'on a une face de référence, c'est bien plus facile de repasser sur la machine pour faire l'autre face et finaliser la planche.
