Benutzer von Outlook müssen wirklich seeehr geduldig sein.
Meiner Meinung nach einer der miesesten #EMail-Clients (aber leider der beste #Groupware-Client) und dann noch die ständigen #Cloud-Zwänge, das Abschnorcheln der Passwörter durch #Microsoft (iOS/Android/neues #Outlook), quasi optimiert als Einfallstor für #Phishing und #Malware und dann noch solche Kleinigkeiten:

Leute, ich frage mich ernsthaft, warum die Menschen nicht scharenweise zu zumindest #Thunderbird wechseln, wo man fast alle Outlook-Nachteile mit einem Schlag verliert. Auch bei Benutzung via #Exchange.

The free collaboration platform Docs is being developed as part of a government project. The update adapts the interface and restricts access to user data.
Often the small things are a real game changer. In this case it is one of the latest Nextcloud Talk and Groupware feature which shows directly in the chat all upcoming meetings in the room.
Of course you can also directly organize the next meeting with all room members or additional participants. Invitations are send out automatically with the right room link without leaving your current chat. 
How could I survive all the years without this feature.

I've noticed a lot of people asking on the #fediverse recently whether or not there is a good #substitute for #FacebookGroups, and I just want to point out again that #InterNetNews still works great for group discussions and #groupware, and is still capable of being used as a private #newsgroup server with #moderation and #federation via #NNTP.
#INN is still in active development, with v2.7.2 being released in June 2024. What it really needs is a great HTTP gateway.
