Toxic trans/LGBTQ+ positivity in the face of increasing global attacks on us, our rights and the systems in place to protect us from harm has to stop.

Pretending everything is fine is already bad, there is no need to make it worse by ignoring the danger because you were fortunate enough to get access to gender-affirming care.

We've had a few years of positive development, but that was before the COVID-19 pandemic. Afterwards it's been a sharp turn for the worse, to varying extends all over the place.

So please, just fucking stop with the :blobcat_thisisfine:
It's not fine, it's bad and getting worse.

It's great that school are LGBTQ+ friendly now. I'm over 40, and teachers were not queer-friendly for me.

I'll admit to feeling angry at the education system. Teachers had to be dragged kicking & screaming to support queer kids. They aren't allowed claim otherwise. Teachers better not dare claim that their vocation puts children's interests first around me.

Als trans Frau sitze ich heute mit Tränen der Wut vor meinem Bildschirm. Was in #Großbritannien gerade passiert, ist nichts anderes als ein Frontalangriff auf unsere Existenz – und J.K. #Rowling klatscht jubelnd in die Hände, während sie Millionen in diese Kampagne pumpt.

Dieses Gerichtsurteil vom 16.04.2025 ist die Krönung ihres jahrelangen Hasses. Das "biologische Geschlecht" soll nun entscheiden, wer #Frauenräume nutzen darf? Wirklich? Als ob wir trans Frauen irgendeine Gefahr darstellen würden! Die einzige Gefahr hier ist für UNS – für mich, für meine Schwestern in Großbritannien, die jetzt nicht mehr wissen, ob sie überhaupt noch sicher auf eine öffentliche #Toilette gehen können.

Und mitten in dieser Katastrophe kündigt #Warner eine komplette Neuverfilmung von #HarryPotter an? Lasst uns die Wahrheit aussprechen: Der einzige Grund dafür ist, dass sich der GESAMTE ursprüngliche Cast gegen Rowlings transfeindlichen Kreuzzug gestellt hat!

#DanielRadcliffe ist nicht nur öffentlich für trans Rechte eingetreten, sondern hat unter Tränen in einem Interview gesagt: "Es zerbricht mir das Herz zu sehen, wie die Geschichten, die mir alles bedeuten, jetzt als Waffe gegen verletzliche Menschen eingesetzt werden."

#EmmaWatson hat auf jeder verfügbaren Plattform wiederholt: "#TransFrauen sind #Frauen, Punkt. Jeder 'Feminismus', der trans Frauen ausschließt, ist kein #Feminismus, sondern #Hass."

#RupertGrint, der sonst eher zurückhaltend ist, hat seine Enttäuschung in deutlichen Worten zum Ausdruck gebracht: "Das ist nicht das, wofür Harry Potter stand. Nie."

#BonnieWright (Ginny) schrieb: "Ich bin fassungslos über das, was aus der Welt geworden ist, die mir meine Karriere ermöglicht hat."

#TomFelton (Draco) sagte in einem emotionalen Post: "Slytherins waren die Bösen in den Büchern, nicht trans Menschen. Irgendwas ist furchtbar schiefgelaufen."

Und #AlanRickman ? Wenn er noch leben würde – mein Gott, er würde vor Wut explodieren! Dieser Mann, der sich zeitlebens für #LGBTQ+-Rechte einsetzte, der queere Theater förderte, der einmal sagte "Kunst muss immer an der Seite der Unterdrückten stehen" – er würde Rowling persönlich zur Rede stellen. Er würde seine tiefe, eindringliche Stimme erheben und sie fragen: "Nach all dieser Zeit, Joanne? Du bist zu dem geworden, was du einst bekämpft hast."

Diese neuen Schauspieler*innen, die jetzt stolz verkünden, in die Fußstapfen von Legenden zu treten? Sie spucken auf ein Vermächtnis, das von #Akzeptanz und #Mut geprägt war. Sie verraten alles, wofür der ursprüngliche Cast eingestanden ist.

Und lasst mich euch etwas aus erster Hand sagen: Als #transFrau fühle ich mich von J.K. Rowling persönlich angegriffen. Jeder ihrer Tweets, jeder ihrer hasserfüllten Essays, jede dieser abscheulichen "biologisches #Geschlecht"-Kampagnen trifft mich direkt ins Herz. Was für sie ein abstraktes Kulturkampfthema ist, ist für mich meine tägliche Realität – meine Sicherheit, meine Würde, mein Recht zu EXISTIEREN.

Ich weine um meine Schwestern in Großbritannien, die jetzt in ständiger Angst leben müssen. Die sich fragen, ob sie überhaupt noch ins Fitnessstudio gehen können, ob sie im Kaufhaus eine #Umkleidekabine benutzen dürfen, ob sie beim nächsten Toilettengang belästigt oder gar angegriffen werden.

Und das alles, weil eine Fantasy-Autorin, die durch ZUFALL Milliardärin wurde, beschlossen hat, ihren immensen Reichtum, ihre Plattform und ihren Einfluss dafür zu nutzen, uns das Leben zur Hölle zu machen. Eine Frau, die in einem Schloss lebt, während #trans Frauen auf der Straße landen, weil sie ihre Jobs verlieren, von ihren Familien verstoßen werden, keinen Zugang zu medizinischer Versorgung bekommen.

Die neue Harry Potter Serie ist nichts anderes als Rowlings #Rachefeldzug gegen alle, die es gewagt haben, für Menschen wie mich einzustehen. Es ist ihr Weg, die "Verräter" zu ersetzen, die ihr die Milliarden eingebracht haben, aber zu viel Anstand besaßen, um ihren Hass mitzutragen.

Ich bitte euch – nein, ich FLEHE euch an: Boykottiert diese Serie. Jeder Cent, den ihr dafür ausgebt, landet in den Taschen einer Frau, die aktiv dafür kämpft, dass Menschen wie ich keinen sicheren Platz in dieser Welt haben. Jede Streaming-Minute legitimiert ihren Hass.

Harry Potter stand einst für #Widerstand gegen #Unterdrückung. Jetzt ist es zu einem Symbol der Unterdrückung geworden. Die ursprünglichen Schauspieler*innen haben das verstanden und mutig ihre Stimmen erhoben. Lasst uns ihrem Beispiel folgen und laut und deutlich sagen:

Nicht mit unserem Geld. Nicht mit unserer Aufmerksamkeit. Nicht auf Kosten meiner Existenz und der meiner Schwestern.

Für jede trans Person da draußen: Ihr seid gültig. Ihr gehört dazu. Und egal was Rowling sagt – WIR werden gewinnen, nicht sie. Denn wenn Harry Potter uns eines gelehrt hat, dann dass #Liebe am Ende immer stärker ist als Hass.

A federal judge ruled that the Trump admin’s policy of refusing to issue passports to #transgender & #nonbinary Americans that reflect their gender identities is likely unconstitutional. U.S. District Judge Kobick (of Boston) issued a preliminary injunction that stopped the enforcement of the policy against six of the seven plaintiffs. She did not block enforcement of the Trump policy nationwide.

Yup, it's the dark brotherhood, a group that stems from an earlier group who was born of a worship for Mephala :cat_giggle: The Dark Brotherhood quest-line is, as I hear it, a lot of people's favourites when it comes to The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, from the way it's introduced to how it plays out, and it's often used as a barometer to measure other quest-lines up against, both in Oblivion and in other TES games.
