Von der Leyen‘s EU Commission sues the European Data Protection Supervisor to keep using Microsoft Office and Cloud Suite which violate EU privacy rules.
Did anyone hope this Commission would crack down on Microsoft for the violations?

This is completely unacceptable behaviour by @EUCommission .
@EUCommission : you are *violating* the basic principles of the EU. Please immediately withdraw Case T-262/24 (C/2024/3925) and *stop* using Microsoft. You are wasting EU funds with this action. We are not the Russian Federation, we are the EU. We are supposed to accept facts about the real world. Microsoft has an atrocious track record of privacy. Withdraw Case T-262/24 now!
