And exact for the font, it's Lavi but a modified one compared to the original. (in Latin directory; https://framagit.org/peppercarrot/fonts ). The Pepper&Carrot version contains a lot of fixes for kerning, for better looking caps, and extended for many accents and langages (also, a custom Bold and Italic variant).
