Here's some cool news: libinput - the underlying input API for #Linux nowadays - will support dials on drawing tablets soon! 🎉 A lot of XP-PEN's Artist Pro series have these controls for example.

@whot pushed along the API I originally made about a year ago, many thanks 😮 This means that applications that use libinput can make use of these dials soon, like Wayland compositors. If you're technically inclined, you can see the completed MR here: gitlab.freedesktop.org/libinpu
