#Facebook #opsec #fail - rave "banter" group puts up video of a good looking young lass in England at a petrol station who ended up with empty baggie that held her #partydrugs stuck to her back as she fills up the car. Registration mark of car in full view.

To be fair some lads *did* point out sharing the video could be problematic, but *no-one* picked up on the fact they've essentially grassed her up for potential #DUI (any cop or bootlicker now has her vehicle number plate)

New legal interpretations suggest that excessive coffee consumption can lead to DUI arrests due to impaired driving. This raises questions about how far laws may stretch concerning driver behavior. What are your thoughts on this potential legal precedent? #DUI #Legislation #Privacy

The new #AI equipped #ANPR #camera #vans using tech developed in #Australia will be deployed by #WestMidlands #Police - they can apparently spot #speeding , seatbelt violations, #mobilephone use and even #DUI ! (probably by monitoring those who are driving erratically and not keeping to correct lanes)

Vans cost £47 000 each (cheaper than I had expected, a plain new van (without any Police equipment is £35k) #RoadSafety #Surveillance #UK

Is this really an "epidemic" of #DUI involving #drugs in #Britain - or just the case that the #Police are fairly effective at selecting their targets when they do conduct roadside stops (perhaps using #ANPR linked with #intelligence data?)

There is often sporadic enforcement and a lack of RPU (roads policing unit) resources as well as stubbornness and psychological #addiction so folk probably get complacent and think they can get away with it

The Independent · Calls to tackle drug driving 'epidemic' with drivers failing half of roadside testsPar Neil Lancefield

The man is completely glossing over the real reason #nightclubs in provincial towns have declined - whole scene was funded by laundered #drugs money and binge #drinking, with limited public transport at night it led to rampant #DUI, there was also increasing #violence at events, countries with national #healthcare can't afford to cope with this fallout so authorities clamped down on the hedonism of the 90s/00s #Ipswich #Suffolk

The #media knows at least 609 nameable people have been falsely arrested on fake #DUI charges in #Tennessee.
Citizens should not be subjected to obvious #corruption.
Involved #LawEnforcement should be #fired. They cannot be #retrained. They do not retain training.

Wonder how @NASA
feels about their employees being under threat of this happening, again...

Ken Yager of Kingston, Tennessee is the State Senate Caucus Chair for #BananaRepublicans. This story of him peeing his pants while being arrested for #DUI after a hit-and-run in #Georgia is reminiscent of when #DonaldTheDeplorable visited Cookeville, #Tennessee to survey #tornado damage during his first term of #AmericanCarnage and was photographed with a leaking Depends diaper.

As soon as some of us could afford #cars, we just ended up going further afield to get drunk/high - there was of course a certain amount of #DUI, which was *increasing* danger/risk to #youth. Maybe the "Starmer Squad" will be better at preventing DUI (there are new laws and technology), but simply putting more cops on the beat isn't going to miraculously solve social issues and/or make people safer..

Gedeelde verantwoordelijkheid, excuseer? This is a you problem, not an us problem.

"Volgens Vinckenbosch moeten we de problematiek dan ook dringend gaan zien als een gedeelde verantwoordelijkheid."

We worden elke dag aangesproken op individuele verantwoordelijkheid waar het weinig invloed heeft (recycleren, spaarlampen steken). Maar waar dit weldegelijk een invloed heeft is al dan niet dronken rijden (dit is geen systeemprobleem).
