Thanks for the lengthy unsolicited lecture, random stranger. I'm sure it was very informative. Unfortunately, because #every #other #word was a hashtag for some reason, it read as if it were words cut out of magazine headlines for a ransom note, and I couldn't really derive much meaning from it.

@rms i feel safer with more surveillance and total control in some ways since then they can see how much gets done - everything is documented - total recall but it also liberates me to expand my own counter surveillance as well - how it may end up working for open source ai #precedents #cede control to gain control #every grain of sand

@ivory I know that sounds obvious, but have you ever tried that? On a German keyboard I need three taps (!) to get to the # … for #every #single #word I’m using it with.

This is very unpractical 😪

How about your tag button just doesn’t insert a space if the cursor is in _front_ of a word? That might solve it for everyone.
