Ein sogenannter Gutachter hat vor Gericht ausgesagt, dass es doch high machen kann, wenn man nur genug davon konsumiert.

Man müsste man 25g CBD Gras in der selben Zeit rauchen um den gleichen Effekt zu erzielen. Das BGH ist der Argumentation gefolgt.
