Does a simple and lightweight alternative to google.drive for use on a Win desktop PC exist, based in EU or New Zealand, for upload, update & tracking of shared files?
1) To update files with unchanged public link
2) To see if and when the file was opened through the external link either for reading or for download, to count the uses

My last job as an employee ended around autumn 2020. I've been working solo since. I firmly believe, if you develop the skillset and experience, it doesn't matter whether you reached this in a solo environment or team environment.

I'm reading a manga that has been scanlated in Spanish
While I try to read it, I translate the most difficult sentences with deepl.
I wonder if there's a comic reader that would allow me to add notes with my translations, such that if I hover the mouse where there's a note I could see the text I left there.
I know that pdf readers can do that but I want to do this with cbz files.

Whenever I play my own games, I only see the flaws or compare them to better products.

Does anyone know why this is? Here's a post from my other account. When I view it from that account, I can see loads of faves and boosts, but when I view it from this account (I followed my old account just in case it was that), it only shows 7? I'm looking for a tool that I can use to archive websites, but in a simplified way. Something similar to the reader mode.
Also, I'd like that to be easily integrated with #tiddlywiki so I can capture interesting blogposts or documentation and embed it directly in the wiki, without relying in the link being available in the future (or offline access, too).
